Work Rapid Emergency Response
Rapid Emergency Response.
Ryan Aubrey is a City & Guilds qualified plumber covering six areas around Leeds, 7,800 km from our desk. His customers usually arrive with water on the floor, so the site is built for that moment.

Built for the worst five minutes
Nobody reads a plumber’s website calmly. They’re on a phone, the water is still running, and they want two things: to stop the water, and to reach someone. So the page does those first, in that order, and everything else comes after.
- First minuteTurn off the stopcockThe site says where it usually is (under the kitchen sink) and which way to turn it, before it asks for anything.
- NextCall Ryan, or WhatsApp a photoHis number is on screen the whole time. A photo lets him tell you whether it’s urgent.
- If it can waitAsk for a call backName, number, area and the job. Tick “This is an emergency” and the form tells you to ring as well.
- ThenA local plumber turns upFixes it properly and leaves the place tidy, in his words.
His number never leaves the screen
On a laptop it sits in the header, in red. On a phone there’s a bar along the bottom with Call now and WhatsApp, wherever you scroll. Above the fold there’s a green “Taking emergency call-outs now”, the number in large type, and a button to send a photo instead of describing the leak.
- The header stays putLogo, and a red call button with his number
- Stopcock advice before servicesA pink strip: what to do in the first minute
- A call bar on phonesCall now and WhatsApp, always one tap away
Trust, up front
A stranger is letting someone into their home, so the proof goes where they’ll see it: City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in plumbing from Bradford College, qualified since 2002, a DBS check from 2026, and the six areas he actually covers. No made-up review counts: the reviews section asks recent customers for theirs.

Leeds, from Hyderabad
Ryan is 7,800 km away and four and a half hours behind us in summer, five and a half in winter. His mornings are our afternoons, so there’s time to talk the same day, and WhatsApp covers the rest.

Hi, this is our bakery’s Instagram. Can you have a look?
Had a proper look. Three things, in this order:
- Your Google listing still shows the old timings, and people are mentioning it in reviews.
- Your bio says “DM for orders” but has no WhatsApp link, so people give up.
- Your best cake photos are buried. Pin your top three.
The first two take ten minutes. Happy to walk you through them.
